Chair of the Board of Trustees

All or Nothing is seeking to appoint a new Chair of the Board to support the development and governance of the organisation from 2027. 

The role offers an opportunity for someone to support the delivery of our ambitious plans in an exciting time in our development. Having recently secured long-term funding from Creative Scotland, we are in the midst of expanding and growing our artistic work, our audiences and our participants as well as strengthening the organisation’s governance and structure. 

We’re looking for someone that shares our passion for creating performance and creative opportunities and can bring strategic leadership experience to support the charity. The Chair has responsibility for convening the Board of Trustees meetings, providing leadership to Trustees and senior staff including line managing the Artistic Director, and overseeing governance of the charity to ensure the delivery of our charitable objectives. The role would suit someone with an understanding of the arts and/or charitable sectors and governance.  

The role is voluntary; reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
