Aerial Hoop workshops

Aerial training sessions of 1hr or 2hr slots. Supervised training for students with existing aerial knowledge.

Livingston Adult Open Training, 18th April – 16th May

Aerial Taster classes for adults age 16+ in Silks and Hoop with Grace.

Aerial classes for adults age 16 + in Silks and Hoop, taught by Grace.

Beginner technique for adults (age 16+) on silks, hoop and trapeze with Grace and Barry.

Specialist workshops in acrobatics and aerial using alternative equipment and/ or guest tutors.

Open training sessions for Improver and Intermediate students

Aerial Improvers class for students P4-S6 in Silks and Hoop, taught by Grace.

Aerial classes for students S1-S6 in Silks, Hoop and Trapeze with Grace, Hannah and Barry.

Supervised training for students with existing aerial knowledge. Apparatus available includes single point trapeze, hoop, and silks.

Aerial classes for students P4-S6 in Silks, and Hoop with Grace.

4 to 6 week term commencing the week 19th April

Week commencing 20th April for 4 to 5 weeks

Trapeze: Sundays 1pm-2:30pm, Wednesdays 8:30pm-10pm, Thursdays 8:15pm-9:45pm; Fridays 7:30pm-9pm. Silks: Tuesdays 8:15pm-9:45pm; Thursdays 8:15pm-9:45pm. Mixed: Sundays 10am-11:30am & 2:30pm-4pm: Wednesdays 7:10pm-8:25pm

Mondays & Tuesdays, 8:15pm – 9:45pm; Wednesdays, 8:30pm – 10pm; Sundays 10am – 11:30am & 2:30pm – 4pm
