Come and try aerial dance this autumn! This taster class will cover a warm-up, getting safely on and off static trapeze and aerial silks, plus a few tricks and poses to get some photos. We’ll finish with a cool down stretch, and hopefully leave you wanting more just before our new term of Beginners classes begin later in October!
