Join Amy for Aerial Pilates and together, we will take Pilates ground exercises into the air exploring core and whole body exercises, release work and relaxation in the hammocks. The hammock will support you, allowing you to be present and attune to the strength in your body.

Amy is a qualified Air Artist with Air Control Pilates. The hammock will meet you where you are, no experience of Pilates or Aerial is required for this class as exercises can be adapted to meet you where you need.

Amy will include progression of skills working with both hip height and knee height hammocks for different exercises (alternating hip height and knee height). Each week you will have your own hammock so that you are able to move at your own pace, Amy will offer adaptations to suit different levels and you can always opt to rest and relax in your hammock.
