Our regular Wednesday evening class, is back in a temporary shorter format.
Suitable for beginners and those with experience alike. We will warm up altogether then split into groups dependent on experience.
Basic moves, climbs and wraps are taught leading into choreography and sequencing in the air.
Aerial silks will alternate weeks with static trapeze and aerial hoop as we start to regain our aerial strength and skill in the air after our enforced break.
