A class for building fitness for aerial. Focusing on conditioning and flexibility all based around aerial exercises, we’ll work low to the floor and the class is suitable for anyone with an interest in building core and upper body strength as well as working on flexibility. The class will enhance your fitness and capability in the air, however aerial experience is not necessary and is a great and fun way to work out.
