Climb, swing, hang and learn on trapeze, hoop and aerial silks. Basic moves, climbs and wraps are taught leading into choreography and sequencing in the air.
This term the class is splitting into levels and moving to different times. Wednesday class is suitable for all those that are confident in the air and would like to push further. If you can climb and straddle in the air without help then this class is for you! We will focus on building skills, technique and strength, being mindful of the time out we’ve all had.
