Handstand Workshop (level 1/1+)

In this class we will focus on techniques which help work towards a solid and efficient handstand. The class will start with a warm up and conditioning, then move towards balance exercises and working with a spotter to find the balance point while upside-down.
Training handstand is a great way to find a deeper body awareness and helps to improve strength, balance and focus.
