This one-off workshop with Ritti Soncco is dedicated to giving you tips and tricks for all your bendy-noodle dreams. We will focus on splits work (front and middle) and back flexibility, working on the different levels of flexibility that you have in your body. After this class, you will have some tools for working on and increasing your flexibility at home.
Please come wrapped up and bring a backwarmer if you have one.
