Splits focus with Zinnia Oberski. This class will motivate you to stretch and work towards having a beautiful side and middle (box) split! We’ll do a good warm-up and use stretches from yoga and pilates to loosen tight hips and get those splits feeling super comfy.

Block tickets are either £25 full price or £15 concession (not working, benefits, U18 etc), or dropin for £5/£3. We do have free space for those in financial need. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about this and places will be on a first come basis.
