Join Saya Yamaguchi for an hours stretch and strengthen. We’ll have a whole body warm up, followed by stretches to increase the range of your movement whilst strengthening and stabilising.
All levels are welcome and variations will be given. Straps or a scarf, plus yoga blocks/thick books will be useful.
We will email you a link for the Zoom class once booking and payment has been received.
Block tickets are either £25 full price or £15 concession (not working, benefits, U18 etc), or dropin for £5/£3. We do have free space for those in financial need. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about this and places will be on a first come basis.
