Condition and Stretch for Aerial with Grace Turner.
A fun and energetic ground based class with exercises inspired by Grace’s dance and aerial training.
This class is for those who want a challenge but Grace offers progressions so that you can make the class easier or harder.
45 mins Conditioning – exercises to maintain general fitness, aerial strength and prevent aerial related injuries.
15 mins Stretching – lengthening our muscles and releasing tension.
You will need:
– 2 small hand weights max 1kg (cans of food 400g are ideal!)
– a Yoga block or cushion
– a strap (yoga strap or the tie from a dressing gown)
Ages 12+yrs and adults welcome – get your family to join in too!
We will email you a link for the Zoom class once booking and payment has been received.
Block tickets are either £20 full price / £15 concession. Drop in £5.50/£4 concession. We do have free space for those in financial need. Please email learn@aerialdance.co.uk to enquire about this and places will be on a first come basis.
