5 September, Cloudswing workshop with Grace.

Cloudswing is a rope rigged in a wide U. It is a unique piece of apparatus that gives the aerialist a sense of freedom to swing and roll around. Grace is an experienced Cloudswing teacher, and she will be teaching the fundamentals of Cloudswing technique to both beginners and improvers in two classes. The two classes can be done back-to-back is desired. Please do not book if you have never done aerial before. This class is not suitable for Absolute Beginner aerialists.

The Beginner class will cover basic Cloudswing technique and the first few swings and rolls to get you hooked. Pre-requisites are easily mounting a trapeze or hoop and being able to hold onto silks with your hands without your feet for at least 15 seconds. This class is suitable for aerialists at the improver level who have not done Cloudswing before.

The Improver class will be used to create a sequence of basic skills and to try a few higher level skills such as climbing the sides of the Cloudswing. Pre-requisites are to have attended at least one Cloudswing class before, be able to easily mount a trapeze or hoop and to have a 15 second hand hang on silks.
