Whether classic, elegant aerial is just not for you – or it’s your go-to and you fancy the challenge of switching up your style, this contemporary rope and silks workshop with Freya Pellie (@pelliefey) offers a chance to delve into the strange and unusual, working through some of Freya’s signature movements and favourite oddities. We’ll work through a range of quirky
wraps and transitions, building to a sequence with customisable pathway options. Throughout the workshop, you’ll also be encouraged and supported to find your own ways to wriggle and writhe within the given moves – helping to make them your own and add characterisation in a way that feels true to you.
