25th January. Dynamic Trapeze with The Ensemble cast, Zinnia Oberski & Tilly Lee-Kronick
Level. Improver and up
We will look at the technique for some dynamic moves like hand beats, up + overs, armpit beats and scissors and explore what we can use these for and how we can modify them. We will also do a short sequence where we link a few dynamic moves together.
