Sunday Aerial One-off Workshop in May.

“You spin me right round” (part 1 and 2) Aerial Hoop with Hannah Uttley.

Two workshops for folks who love to spin (or would like to learn about spinning!). We’ll explore different ways to mount a spinning hoop and the learn some sequences which utilise the magic of the spin.

Some concepts will be built on across both workshops but either workshop can also be a stand alone session. We’ll learn a different sequence in each workshop.

Suitable for improvers on any apparatus, the hoops will be low so you do not need to be able to invert in the air. Spinning will be a big part of this session but you don’t need to have any experience in spinning to take part.
4:30pm – 6pm.  Cost: £21.75
