Suitable for those with at least a few sessions of aerial behind them, we are pleased to be able to re-start aerial training for adults in Livingston.
Climb, swing, hang and explore in the air on trapeze, silks and hoop. This open training for ages 16+ is a great way to keep up your aerial practice or for returning students get used to being back in the air again.
