Suitable for those with at least a few sessions of aerial behind them, we are pleased to offer aerial training for adults in Livingston. Climb, swing, hang and explore in the air on trapeze, silks and hoop. This open training for ages 16+ is a great way to keep up your aerial practice between classes.

The sessions are not taught but a member our staff will be on hand to supervise as per our code of conduct.

Saturday 5pm-6pm,  18th April – 16th May 2026
