We are delighted to announce that The Swings are back for 2025 and will be captivating new audiences in Edinburgh and the Lake District in May.
On Saturday 24th May The Swings will be part of Edinburgh International Children’s Festival Family Fun Day at the National Museum of Scotland. Come and see our performances in the Grand Gallery at 10.30, 11.30, 12.15, 2.30, 3.30 and 4.30. Be amazed by the tricks performed on the giant swing set by performers Grace Turner, Oran Longmuir, Saya Yamaguchi and Zinnia Oberski. The event is free and there are loads more family activities to enjoy in the museum as part of the family fun day.
The Swings then go to the Lake District to help celebrate the National Trust’s 100 Years of Crow Park. This fabulous NT site is in Keswick on the edge of Derwent Water and we will be there on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th May. There will be performances throughout the day and opportunities for you to have a go on the swings! More information about the event is here.
