Adult Aerial Open Training Sessions

Training sessions for existing aerial students to work on their skills and keep up with their conditioning on silks and/or hoop.  Please note, nothing is taught at these sessions, they are for aerialists with existing knowledge only. Participants are responsible for their own warm up, aerial skill practice and cool down. Please review our Open Training Code of Conduct before attending your first session.

These sessions are only for existing improver or intermediate adult students.

Sunday 11:00-12:30pm

£9 per hour session or £12 per 90 min session.
