This September we’re incredibly excited to take our performance, The Swings, across the Atlantic for its North American premiere at Toronto International Festival of Authors!
Performances take place throughout the Festival weekends offering a unique one of-a-kind experience; an aerial dance duet on a a giant five-metre tall swing installation, that unlocks joyful childhood memories and sparks imagination.
Across the 11 days of the festival, The Swings will feature as a free family event located at the Harbourfront Centre. The event will not only include scheduled aerial performances, but also an opportunity for guests to hop on and take part in a fun, interactive activity, experiencing the joy of swinging and immersing you in a playful world of wonder! The Swings will be fully accessible to accommodate guests of all sizes and needs.
About the Festival :
The Toronto International Festival of Authors (TIFA), Canada’s largest and longest-running festival of words and ideas, invites audiences to let their imaginations take flight through 200+ events and activities with hundreds of the best Canadian and international story creators. From conversations and readings, to stage performances and writing workshops, as well as crafts and activities for kids, there is a multitude of experiences to enjoy and explore at this year’s Festival.
Taking place from September 21 to October 1, the Festival will welcome hundreds of authors and artists from over 20 countries.
